CORRECTIONS

Report an error, and what happens next.

Corrections are part of how this site maintains accuracy against a moving legal text.

How to report

Email [email protected] with the page address, the statement you believe is wrong or outdated, quoted briefly, and the official source that supports your point where you have one. The same address is listed on the contact page. You do not need to send any confidential product information; a correction report never requires it.

What happens next

The report is checked against the primary source named in the editorial policy - the Regulation text first, then implementing acts and Commission or ENISA material. If the guide is wrong, the text is corrected, the guide's updated date is moved to the correction date, and, where the error could have affected a product decision, the change is acknowledged on the page. If the guide is right as written, you will be told why, with the source relied on, so the disagreement is on the record rather than unresolved.

What corrections are not

This route is for the accuracy of this site's content. It is not an official CRA reporting channel: notifications about actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents follow Article 14 and the Commission's reporting arrangements, and questions about a specific product's conformity belong with the manufacturer, a notified body where one is involved, or the market surveillance authority.
