TERMS OF USE

Terms for using this resource.

Short terms for a single-purpose site: independent editorial information about the Cyber Resilience Act.

Information, not advice

Content on CyberResilienceAct.help is general information about Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 and related official material. It is not legal advice, a conformity assessment, certification, or a determination that any product complies. Product-specific scope, classification and conformity decisions should be checked against the current legal text and qualified advice.

Accuracy

Guides are prepared from primary official sources, carry the dates on which they were published and last updated, and are corrected under the editorial policy when errors are identified. Legislation, harmonised standards and Commission guidance change, and no warranty is given that any page is complete or current at the moment it is read. The official legal text prevails over anything on this site.

For corrections, use the corrections page or email the editorial team via the contact page.

External sources

Links to EUR-Lex, the European Commission, ENISA and other official bodies are provided for reference. This site is not affiliated with those institutions and is not responsible for their content.

Reuse of material

Short quotations may be reused with attribution to CyberResilienceAct.help and a link to the page quoted. Republishing whole guides, or presenting this site's editorial work as official guidance, is not permitted. The official texts linked from this site belong to their issuing institutions and carry their own reuse terms.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site develops; the current version is the one on this page.
